Stockholm October 22, 2014: The Swedish software company, Tacton Systems, a global provider of software for sales- and product configuration, today announced that they have been appointed Super Company 2014.
Business Week in Sweden parts, together with Bisnode, every year the award Super Company to a number of companies. These companies are then placed on the Super List. This year Tacton was one of the companies that received the award.
Companies that qualify for the Super listing are assessed based on a model which is developed by Bisnode. The model measures economic quality and shows the company’s financial performance. The parameters are weighed together for each company and they are: growth, profit, yield, efficiency, capital structure and financing.
The assessments of the individual companies is compared with each economic performance (the six parameters above) with reference values based on the performance of all the other companies of similar size and activities. The assessment of companies is relative; the best companies can be identified regardless of low- or boom in the economy. This assessment is made every year and the list of Super Companies is based on the last four years.
“We are very excited about this award. This is another fine rating on the investments we have made and are making that produce results, and signals that we are on track to achieve our goals. We are very proud and we will manage this well, “says Christer Wallberg, CEO of Tacton Systems.
Award ceremony took place today (22 October) at Nalen in Stockholm.
Tacton has this year also won the Export Hermes, has been one of five nominees for Export Award and will for the fourth year in a row to be appointed to one of Gasell.
